On smaller orders, I just need a day or two notice. For larger orders - 3 days, please. Holiday orders need to be placed fairly soon after I release my specials as I do sell out quickly!! So the short answer is-just need 1-2 days’ notice!

You will ALWAYS find brie (but of course) and I always try to incorporate a seasonal cheese. The bigger the board the more variety of cheeses you’ll get. Some of my top favs (in no particular order) are:
-Havarti with dill
-Cheddar & caramelized onion
-Gouda
-Vanilla Chevre (goat cheese) rolled in wild blueberries
-Boursin - a soft, creamy cheese flavored with garlic, herbs & spices
I shop weekly to see what seasonal cheeses might be available. Every single board is unique and different!

“Variety is the spice of life”
When I am doing my weekly shopping, I am always on the lookout for new, seasonal items. My boards always have at least 2-3 different types of cheeses. A soft, spreadable cheese such as Brie or Boursin, a hard cheese like sharp cheddar and then a fun flavored cheese such as Havarti with Dill or a mildly spicy pepper jack.
When it comes to meat, the standard is of course salami and prosciutto, but if you order a larger board you may find cappacuolo, pepperoni, and maybe even some peppered salami. The biggest factors of course are cost and availability!
Then comes all the accoutrements!!!
Fresh and dried fruits, nuts, jams and spreads, olives and pickled veggies, breads and crackers, and maybe something sweet!
So whatever is fresh and in season is what you might find on a Wedge & Cured charcuterie board!
Even my petite size has around 14-16 different items!!!!
